Cloud Cycle is revolutionizing the construction industry by providing real-time monitoring and data insights for concrete during it’s transport and delivery phases. Using IoT sensors and advanced analytics, we help construction companies reduce waste, optimize performance, and improve sustainability by ensuring that concrete remains compliant with quality standards throughout the process. The mission is to save 1% of global CO2.
2018-2022 - Founder & CEO
As the Founder & CEO of Cloud Cycle, I spearheaded the development and deployment of this innovative technology, building partnerships with major industry players and guiding the business to become a key driver of sustainable construction practices. My role involved strategic leadership, fundraising, product development, and navigating the complexities of scaling in a highly competitive and technical market.
- Led the company as CEO from formation to pre Series A.
- Raised $6m in equity funding and grants
- Secured 2 of the major global concrete companies as early customers.
- Left the company poised to scale and is now on track to have a huge impact on the industry.
2022 - 2024 - Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR)
Portfolio T was the TONOMUS Venture Studio for NEOM in the Saudi Arabia. We specialized in building and scaling high-impact ventures in technology and sustainability. As an EiR I led venture teams and provided strategic advise, helping founders refine their business models, secure funding, and bring their products to market. The ventures spanned all industries & technologies and literally solve for the worlds biggest challenges. Two standouts were nashid and pollen (links in pics)
2023-Present - Mentor/Entrepreneur in Residence
Oneday is the Entrepreneurship MBA where Founders leave with an MBA and a Business. As a Mentor at oneday I have the privilege of mentoring hundreds of founders to enable the creation of the next generation of companies some of which aim to solve the biggest problems on the planet.
2025-Present - Mentor/Speaker & Judge
I have the privilege of mentoring, speaking, and judging at the INSEAD Bootcamp, an intensive program for MBA and GEMBA candidates at one of the world’s most prestigious business schools. Through this initiative, I guide high-caliber founders and executives in refining their business models, investment strategies culminating in a pitch event where I sit the investment committee to select the winning companies.
